My husband found a thin piece of wire about two inches long in the bag of Wavy Chips he was eating. Felt we should report this because if it was swallowed it could cause a health issue.

This bag of chips was purchased at Aldis in Hannibal, Mo. on October 17, 2025.

Sent Clancys a dissatisfaction with the popcorn that we purchased two bags they tasted awful. Nothing was done to compensate with the satisfaction.

Purchased 2 bags Clancys Roasted Sweet Corn 6oz Dec 21 2025, #53178E20.11, at Aldis. The flavor is overpowering and we had to dispose of it. What we really enjoy Is your white cheese popcorn but Aldis was out of it.

My son was eating pork rinds, and when he got halfway through the bag, some of the pork rinds were molded.

Talk about gouging customers, you're doing a great job with the white cheddar popcorn. I was buying a case a week even when it went up to $2.45, which was ridiculous.

It started last fall at $2.09. I was at the store yesterday and saw you remade the bags from 8.5 oz to 6.75 oz for $2.45. You had to change the popcorn because it's nothing but kernels!

I don't know how you guys can sleep at night with what you're doing with your products! No more popcorn for this chick!!

Clancy, I love the tortilla chips, but now I find them way too salty. I took a bite out of one, and my God, it was like the salt fairy sprinkled some extra salt while the chips were in my bowl.

And mind you, I eat them plain...

Did you guys add extra salt now? Or did we just get the batch with all the salt?

I love kettle chips, but I just wanted to let you know these are so salty they are inedible. They seem like they are, in fact, kettle cooked; they just need way less flavoring or salt.

The Clancy's Queso flavor potato chips taste NOTHING like queso. The flavor is only that of salt, grease, crunchiness and a hint of chili powder.

The pretzels used to be a little on the darker side and salty - that's the reason I love Clancy's pretzels so much, but lately, they have been barely baked (light in color) and have had no salt whatsoever. I make special trips to Aldi specifically for their pretzels. Very disappointed lately.

Hello, good afternoon. I bought two Clancy's brand chips and they arrived without any cheese and no flavor at all. I understand that your product isn't that bad because I've bought a lot of those chips.

Purchased at Aldi, and no one could eat them as they were too salty. I have purchased them before, and they were fine.

We found multiple frankenstein pretzels in our bag of flat crispy pretzels. not a huge problem they just didnt have a good taste

Would like to submit a new idea for a new product-sour cream balls-BBQ balls-you know like the cheese balls something different.

I used to be a fan of your White Cheddar Popcorn until it became so popular. After gaining consumer confidence, someone thought it would be a great idea to shrink the size, raise the price, and skimp on the quality, smaller kernals and my fingers aren't cheesy anymore.

Corp greed is terrible.

While I really like and enjoy Clancy's corn chips, in my opinion, the amount of salt on them can be scaled back a little or can you offer a lightly salted version?
