Like 20 chips!!!!
Clancy's party-size ridge potato chips! More like feeding a child, if you're lucky.
Do better! This is ridiculously misleading. I would have bought a name brand; at least I would have got half a bag.
What was this stuff I bought? I have pictures to prove this nonsense.

Poor quality
The potatoes used for the chips are full of black spots, grey spots, blackened edges, bits of eyes, and pieces that are solely skin. Obviously, quality control is not something this company cares about.
You shouldn't have to examine and trim each chip before you munch it. The taste is fine; the quality is awful.

Way too much salt
I guess I got a bad batch, but went to the Aldi in Louisville KY, batch #87 310B21:20, two separate bags, and they are inedibly salty. I love the baked BBQ chips and will continue to buy more, but something definitely went wrong with this batch; they are covered in an insane amount of salt

Pretzels compliment I purchased Clancy's Honey Wheat pretzel rods. They were unique because they were over cooked. I love them. The burnt flavor enhanced your product. Please consider adding .
Love the semi burnt pretzels. If this was an oops please add to your products all the time. These are excellent.

Very disappointed with the taste of you cheese curls
In the past we used to buy 4 bags a week. Now youve change the recipe and it is very bad tasting.
Please return back to the old recipe. Weve now stopped buying as theyre making our stomachs up set.

Found this just after opening a bag of sour cream and onion chips. It appears to be a desiccated piece of bread, or something along those lines. It doesnt look like anything Clancys makes, so I suspect an employee dropped his snack, in the factory.
Pity, as we normally like their stuff

The chips were supposed to be good for 5 months, but they were stale upon opening. I tried to contact customer support and was unable to reach them by phone or online in any way. They don't want to answer for selling stale chips.

Bad taste
My bag of Clancy's Nacho Cheese chips were dated for used by April 1 2025 which is more than 4 months away yet when opened were already stale.

Burnt pretzels 24oz honey wheat pretzels
If I call customer service, I would like to talk to a person and not keep pressing numbers that do not apply to my question. I did not want to take these back to Aldis cause its too far away.the pretzels are burnt.

The original chips have always been a favorite because they weren't overly salty. But now, the last three purchases at different times are at an all-time high of being too darn salty.

I was just eating your potato chips when I pulled out a long, hair-like piece with something on the end. I am extremely distraught by this and would like an explanation. I have a photo of the bag of chips and the piece that was found in it.
Preferred solution: I’m not sure. But that was in my mouth and that looks very disgusting

This chip is a very salty chip, with a great price. To improve your sales on this product is that you promote more of a healthy snack with less salt
Healthier snack with less salt, the quantity and the price is a great saving. To chase more of the potato this is what have to happen and that's process with less sodium

Recipe change
They took my opinion into consideration. I just hope they don't change the recipe to be thebsame as the twists.
They are dry and tasteless compared to the sticks in my opinion. I just want them to leave the recipe and ingredients in the sticks alone. They are wonderful as they are.
They contain potassium and have less ingredients. It is a perfect blend.Try both and see the difference.

Clancy's chips normally cost 2.49, not 5$. Did you buy them at the Aldi in Beverly Hills or The Hamptons or something?
And how was that "in your mouth"? Do you just thoughtlessly shovel food into your mouth without even looking at it first? You should seriously look at your food first before cramming it into your facehole; food processing plants are enormous industrial endeavors, even with diligent food safety protocols, mishaps can happen. I do think you should get a refund, but seriously, you need to start looking at your food.
For all you know, that thing crawled into your open bag of chips from your own house and you just shoved it into your piehole without even glancing at it. Pay attention to what you put in your mouth, you're a grown-up.
