Clancys Chips - I see a strange Kosher certificattion on a package

I tried to look up star D in the symbols for Kosher products and cannot find it. Please explain what it stands for.
It's on your white chocolate covered pretzels in a very beautiful package. This is very disconcerting to someone who wishes to buy only Kosher products. If this is a qualified Kosher mark I would like to know whose it is. I purchased this in Aldi's and do not want to give it to someone who will only eat Kosher foods if it is not kosher.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you

Star-D is the non-chalav yisrael wing of the star-k, the Baltimore vaad under Heinemann. Basically, Star-k doesn't think chalav stam is copacetic, but doesn't want to cut themselves out of the market to certify so many things, so they created Star-D for non-cy dairy and DE stuff.
Aldi has a database of kosher products at:

I did a quick look-see and didn't see any chocolate covered pretzels, but I recall seeing, I think, the bag you refer to awhile back at Aldi. Check out the site link I gave you and at least you would have a handy reference for other Aldi kosher products. Shalom.
