I bought the Beer Cheese potato chips...

I bought the beer cheese potato chips at Aldi's today (March 30, 2026). I thought they sounded interesting.
To my surprise, they taste just like a normal potato chip, not even a taste of cheese.
I wish I could return it, but the bag has already been opened. You need to test the product before putting it out in the market.

No help from Representative
- - Customer received 3 oz Clancy's chips instead of 7 oz.
- - Receipt taken to Aldi's; attendant helped and I received a new bag of Clancy's popcorn chips.
I contacted Clancy chips, the representative really didn't help. She asked me for my name, zip code and product code number, and what the issue was.
I informed her that my the chips I purchased only had 3 oz and was supposed to have 7 oz. She then said she had to check to see how to resovle issue. I was put on hold, she came back, said a few things, then put me on hold. I then waited thinking she hung up because it was silent.
I then hung up and took my receipt with the product to Aldi's (where I purchased them), the attendant helped me with a smile.
I was happy that my problem was solved with no help from your representative. I received a new bag of Clancy's Popcorn chips.

I want this company to know these chips are a terrible food product!

Attempted three times to get to talk to somebody. Too many prompts that didn't give me the correct person to talk to ended up emailing.

Love all of Clancy snacks including Pretzel Slims. However I bought Honey, Mustard, Onion flavor and they had absolutely no flavor at all.
No mustard, no honey and no onion. Like eating a hard piece of dried up dough.
Please try and fix it. The other flavors are ok.

- - Seasonings are better than other brands.
- - Bags are underfilled and crumbly.
- - Prefer Omega-3 fats and no bioengineered ingredients.
I gave 2 stars because the seasonings are often far better than any other brand and that's great. Plus you often have more product per ounce comparatively.
However my beef are 4 problems with nearly all snacks. 1) fill the bag above 1/3rd
2) Make sure they are handled with better care so as not to sell a bag of crumbs
3) And start using Omega 3 fats to replace FAKE vegetable oil (there truly is no such thing. It's just a name)
4) Please end using BIOENGINEERED ingredients.
I believe we are all growing weary of the food industry using humanity as a living experiment. We are all becoming quite aware of the FDA, the FTC and all of the large grain industries and growing our food on the "pharm" is really making Americans very angry.
We are boycotting these things the moment we find them in our foodless foods. America is overwhelmed with obesity and we can't afford anymore trash in our foods and bodies. So please fix this or we just will no longer buy it. I am going on 2 years now and waiting for positive changes.
I'm not letting up!!! The ball is in your court now.

Wire in chip bag

My husband was eating Clancy's Wavy Chips when he felt and found a two-inch plus thin piece of wire in his mouth. These chips were purchased on October 17, 2025.
Fortunately, he did not swallow or get pierced by the wire. I did take a photo of the wire but do not know how to send this to you.
Preferred solution: Check to be sure there aren’t wire pieces in other packaged.

What a horrible waste of a life that you must have if you actually have time to waste measuring cheap chips from Aldi (not Aldi's). Let me guess, you only have a cat or a dog for a friend. Shaking my head.
